“We've worked with Studio 415 on interior design of a home. Before engaging I've interviewed half a dozen design agencies and Studio 415 has been the first one that seemed like they understood my needs and tastes, were upfront about the costs and process, and were willing to truly work with me to figure this out. Parts of the initial design proposal were great as they were, parts we had to go back and forth to figure out the best choice. Hailey was kind enough to look at some of the important pieces we were selecting together in person. The initial budget estimates were correct, and whenever making the purchasing decisions the tradeoffs between cost, quality, etc. were always clearly presented. No project goes without issue, and we definitely had a combination of delivery delays, shipping damages and contractor mishaps. However, Hailey was always prompt to respond and eager to figure these issues out, so I never really had to do anything but flag or ask. Overall the process was smooth. At this point the design is complete, all the furniture arrived, and we're starting a new project - very happy with the results, and happy to keep working with S415.“
