Our client is a family with teenage kids - we created a new layout to maximize flow, storage, and practicality. The challenge in this layout was to retain the existing door/ window locations, as well as conceal the washer/ dryer within the same space. The client wanted the space to feel warm, inviting, and spacious for entertaining.
