Accessible furnishings from mass-produced retailers. Materials are more economical, with shorter lead times (in stock to 8+ weeks). Best suited for accent pieces, accessories, or low-use spaces.
TIER 2 - Quality Retail & Semi-Custom
7-10+ Year Investment
Well-crafted furnishings from higher-end, smaller batch retailers and designer showrooms. Offers thoughtful detailing, select customization, and moderate lead times (8–16+ weeks). Ideal for everyday-use furniture and lighting.

Our recommended, minimum product costs below are a combination of Tier 2 (for everyday used products) and Tier 1 (for filler pieces).
TIER 3 - Custom & Designer
15+ Year to Lifetime Investment
Heirloom-quality, fully custom pieces sourced through specialty fabricators and designer-only showrooms. Crafted from exceptional materials with longevity in mind, including the ability to refinish or reupholster over time. Longer lead times (16–20+ weeks). Best for foundational, everyday-use furnishings.
